Centra Homes Announces Land Expansion Initiative

Centra Homes will embark on an aggressive land acquisition strategy in the coming months as the company positions itself for growth amongst its competitors. In addition to bolstering its residential land opportunities, this dedicated effort will include the foray into new markets, product diversification and portfolio expansion.

To mobilize this initiative, Centra has added a senior member to their leadership team, appointing Michael Ramme as Vice President of Land Acquisition. Throughout his tenure, Ramme has been involved in over $500M in land acquisition and development efforts including single-family, multifamily and commercial components. Michael joins the Centra team most recently from his leadership role at Pulte Homes, with experience in acquisition and development roles with CalAtlantic/Ryland Homes, Opus and Del Webb. “Centra Homes is poised for growth and much success with the strategies we’ve devised to continue to make our mark here in the Twin Cities market,” said CEO Dale Wills, “We are thrilled to add Michael to our team.
