Introducing Centra Capital Partners – and New VP Jon Rawlings

Centra Companies is thrilled to announce the launch of Centra Capital Partners, a new branch of Centra Companies designed to provide equity capital opportunities in individual real estate projects.

Initially, we will be focused on residential housing in the Minneapolis area and plan on expanding these activities to different real estate sectors throughout the United States.

The inaugural offering for Centra Capital Partners will open on February 1st and marks a huge step in broadening our investment portfolio.

To help us lead this new initiative, Centra Companies has appointed Jon Rawlings as the Vice President of Capital Growth and Innovation for Centra Capital Partners.

Jon brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, customer relationship management and fundraising with notable achievements at companies such as Sunfish and the University of Southern California.

He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
