Centra Homes Adds Two New Home Sales Agents
June 7th, 2019
The Centra team continues to grow, recently adding Elisa Eesley to the Eastview Place sales team and Michelle Buchmann to the team at Arbor Creek.
Two experienced sales professionals have joined the Centra Homes Sales Team, adding to the firm’s presence in Woodbury and Otsego. The new hires bring the sales team total to nine across the firm’s eleven current projects.
Elisa Eesley
Elisa Eesley brings expertise gained across 19 years of real estate experience focused on single-family homes, townhomes, waterfront, and investment properties. She will begin her career at Centra serving Eastview Place in Woodbury.
Eesley says she was drawn to Centra based largely on the culture of the builder:
“From the top down, this organization has incredible integrity. The focus isn’t solely on sales, folks here care about the people and communities they serve and that is inherently attractive.”
— Elisa Eesley, New Home Sales Agent, Centra Homes
Eesley is a wife, mother and lifelong volunteer serving organizations including her church, Feed My Starving Children and the Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors Diversity Committee. She is also a veteran of international charity work, having served on multiple mission trips to the Philippines.
Elisa is bilingual, so it seems appropriate to also welcome her in the Tagalog language– Maligayang pagdating Elisa!
Michelle Buchmann
Michelle Buchmann joins Centra following a career in new construction sales that spans nearly two decades across three firms. She says that it is the people side of the business that she truly enjoys– engaging with clients to match amenities with the needs of their families.
She is confident she’s found a long term home at Centra:
“Centra is engaged in employee development, work-life balance and doing right by their communities. These combined to make the decision to join the team an easy one.”
— Michelle Buchmann, New Home Sales Agent, Centra Homes
Buchmann’s initial assignment at Centra has her serving the Arbor Creek community in Otsego. She’s says that the community’s mature trees, larger lots and other features make the opportunity an appealing one.
When she’s not serving clients for Centra, Buchmann reports that her seven-year-old daughter keeps her plenty busy. She says that despite the fact that it is only early June, summer activity planning is already “well underway” and being aggressively driven by her daughter.
The Centra Team
Both new team members are quick to point out the culture of Centra as a large driver of their decision to join the team. Centra Homes President Dale Wills says this is by design:
“Just as our team members invest their time with us we’re also investing in them. We are excited to offer growth potential and a flexible work environment to get the best people.”
—Dale Wills, President, Centra Homes
By adding two new team members, Wills has Centra gearing up for a bright future and maintaining a steady growth trajectory.
“Michelle and Elisa are the latest of what we expect to be substantial continued growth in 2019 and beyond.” says Wills, “We are excited to welcome such capable, engaging and bright women to an already amazing team.”
