Twin Cities-based Centra Homes was the only Midwest builder to be recognized in the top 10 nationally by the Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards– awarded annually based on buyer survey metrics
Centra Homes has been recognized as a division leader among medium-sized builders nationally in the category of Design Experience for the 2019 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards.
The Design Experience Top 10 ranking is based on move-in surveys completed by homebuyers for calendar year 2018. The honor serving as the result of superior performance rankings among more than 150 major homebuilders nationally.
“This award is extremely meaningful for Centra because it is based upon survey results from our clients,” says Centra Home President Dale Wills, “we are honored that their feedback led to this recognition.”
The Homebuyers’ Choice Awards are presented annually by Eliant, a customer experience management company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for more than 35 years across 12 categories. The awards are reflective of the values, opinions and experiences of more than 125,000 recent homebuyers from across the United States.
This represents the first year that Centra has been included in the top 10. Wills says that the recognition represents validation of a concerted effort at Centra Homes to reimagine communication and focus on increasing the firm’s engagement with clients.

Wills says that this investment will continue in the future and he is optimistic that this award will be the first of many for Centra Homes.
