Centra Homes latest venture delivers quality-built new construction homes for growing families in a thriving inner-ring suburb
In recent years city planners in Brooklyn Center have made extensive investments in infrastructure for residents. These include large-scale redevelopment, road work and delivery of increased amenities like a new amphitheater and Community Center featuring an Olympic sized pool and fitness center.
Aligned with these efforts, city officials have also focused on housing– specifically setting a goal to provide more move-up options for existing residents to stay in Brooklyn Center as their families grow.
The latest example of this push is the new Centra-built Eastbrook Estates neighborhood near Evergreen Park and Highway 252.
The new development features 30 homes, each with 3-4 bedrooms, livable backyards, high-end touches and peace of mind with a 1, 2 and 10 year builder warranty.
Eastbrook homes include a walk-in pantry, a study or loft, fully landscaped yard with in ground sprinklers and smart home technology. Homes are available in multiple two-story styles with the ability for buyers to select affordable interior finishes from a variety of options. Perhaps of most interest to potential residents however, is the price, set affordably in the low 300s.
“Brooklyn Center planners are excited to bring move-up options to residents. We are happy to partner with them to offer quality-built new construction homes at a price point that fits families.”
—Dale Wills, Centra Homes Founder and President
With the close proximity to downtown Minneapolis, floorplan designs and affordability the response to this new community has been high among homebuyers with nearly a third of the homes in the development already under contract.
Interested homebuyers who are excited to learn more about Eastbrook Estates are invited to explore home options via the Centra website. The site includes floorplans, artist’s renderings and contact information for the Centra Sales Team.
