Centra Homes cares about your health and safety. We also know that just getting outside while following the required CDC guidelines as well as social distancing can be therapeutic. We are offering you options to continue to shop for your new home safely.

We are OPEN and although in a nontraditional way we are offering you options to continue to shop for your new home safely.

Ways To Safely Tour Our Model Homes

1. Drop by our model and we will let you into our models electronically and still be able to chat with you while inside of our homes during your tour through our SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY to answer any questions you might have.
2. Virtual visit, sit back and let us show you our homes virtually. 
3. Set up a showing through your agent, when applicable. 
4. Schedule a private tour with a sales counselor. We will limit this to no more than 2 people and observe the CDC guideline of social distancing and sanitation. Keep in mind that if anyone on our staff is feeling ill, has a dry cough or fever or you yourself have symptoms we will not be able to tour. 

Additional Safety Measures

We have set up handwashing stations in each of our models for your protection and ours. Although we are sanitizing hard surfaces when in the models and at every cleaning, we ask that you limit touching hard surfaces while touring and wash hands or sanitize before entering and upon leaving the home.
