When Feedback Pays: A Centra Client’s Sweepstakes Win!

Client surveys are a key component helping Centra Homes refine an industry-leading client experience.  Participation in a survey recently paid off for a Centra homebuyer with a sweepstakes win.

When the Ashland family filled out an online survey following the purchase of a new Centra Home, they knew they were delivering valuable feedback to help the Twin Cities homebuilder.   What they didn’t know was that their entry would also result in a prize for the family— a Nest thermostat. The prize was awarded this week following a random drawing from all feedback forms received by Centra’s survey firm.

Centra client surveys are created and tabulated by Eliant, an international customer experience management firm engaged by Centra Homes since 2018.  Eliant completes over 125,000 assessments a year and has an extensive client list that includes the nation’s top 150+ builders.  Survey topics include many components related to purchasing a home, closing and the first year spent in the home.  

For Centra Homes those surveys take place at move-in, mid-year and year-end.  It was surveys like the Ashland’ that led to a Design Experience Award for Centra Homes earlier this year in the 2019 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards.   

Centra Homes Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tammy Brown says that while recognition and prizes are nice, she sees the true value from the surveys elsewhere.
