Local and national officials are continually updating the rules and recommendations for safe operations of businesses. We’re staying current with the latest safety guidelines, to protect the health of both our customers and staff. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has deemed real estate companies to be providers of essential services. So we remain open and operational.
We’re following new protocols to help keep everyone safe.
To minimize exposure and risk, we’re now offering a variety of ways to tour homes:
Virtual tours
Walk through model homes online, either by yourself 24/7, or at a scheduled time with the help of a sales agent.
In-person tours with added safety measures.
We’ll unlock the door of a home remotely, and chat on the phone as you do a walk-through. If you prefer an in-person guided tour, our new home sales agent will follow strict CDC sanitization and social distancing guidelines, and limit the tour to 2 people.
Other ways we’re playing it safe:
- Doorknobs, handles and other surfaces in model homes are sanitized between each visit
- Our employees are currently working from home as much as possible
- When staff members must come to the Centra Homes office, they practice social distancing
Common sense precautions
If you’ve traveled internationally or experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days, we ask that you not attend any in-person tours with Centra Homes. Symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness or difficulty breathing. To safeguard the health of you and your family, our sales agents will reschedule an in-person tour or meeting if they’re experiencing any of these symptoms.
