Biking & Hiking
Carver has an extensive network of trails for running, walking/hiking and biking, including a gravel trail that links Carver and Chaska along the old Union Pacific railroad.
Dahlgreen Golf Club
A championship 18-hole course, Dahlgreen is considered to be one of the most beautiful courses in Carver County. The course is challenging and proudly strives to be thought of as a “true test of golf.”
An annual three-day festival which includes a city-wide garage sale, softball tournament, family movie night, 5K run/walk, medallion hunt, parade, food, live music, fireworks and more! Events take place at Community Park, Riverside Park and Historic Downtown Carver.
Soggy Bottom Snow Golf Tourney
Embrace the Minnesota winter! This annual tournament at Riverside Park is an opportunity to enjoy a round of golf using tennis balls and clubs or hockey sticks and features a heated tent, bonfire, music and prizes.
One of the first historic districts in Minnesota to be placed on the National Register of Historic Places, there are 87 building and four structures in the registry. In 2007, Carver was proclaimed a Preserve America Community. Take a walking tour and learn about this river community’s rich heritage.
